How are all recipients to deal with the fact that the HUD 60002 Form/SPEARS expired November 30, 2018 in terms of reporting final part 135 data at the end of their fiscal period?

Question continued…

I know you likely read or heard my comments on this on my last webinar that if the OMB number is not valid, there is no requirement to report.  Here it is in it’s entirety:

Public reporting burden for this collection of information is estimated to average 2 hours per response, including the time for reviewing instructions, searching existing data sources, gathering and maintaining the data needed, and completing and reviewing the collection of information. This agency may not collect this information, and you are not required to complete this form, unless it displays a currently valid OMB control number.

Response From HUD:

We are currently in development of an updated PRA.
